In order to ensure the normal operation of the TASTELASER marking machine, its daily maintenance is described as follows:
.When the marking machine is not in operation, the power supply of the marking machine and the computer should be disconnected.
.When the marking machine is not in operation, the lens should be covered to prevent dust from contaminating the lens.
.In case of any fault of the marking machine, the power supply should be disconnected immediately.
.When the equipment has been used for a long time, the dust in the air will be absorbed on the lower end surface of the focus lens, in light case, the power of the laser source may be reduced and the marking effect may also be affected. In severe cases, the optical lens may be exploded due to high temperature of the absorbed heat in severe cases. When the marking effect is poor, it means probably the surface of the focus lens has been contaminated so it should be carefully checked.
.If the surface of the focus lens is contaminated, the focus lens should be removed and then its lower end surface should be cleaned.
.Special care should be taken when removing the focus lens, and attention should be paid in order not to cause damage or fall. Simultaneously, the surface of the focus lens should not be touched by hands or other objects.
.The cleaning method is to mix absolute ethyl alcohol (analytically pure) and diethyl ether (analytically pure) in a ratio of 3:1, immerse a long fiber swab or lens paper into the 8 mixed liquor, and then gently scrub the lower end surface of the focus lens, and the swab or lens paper must be replaced once after one side is scrubbed.
.During the working process of the TASTELASER marking machine, the marking machine must not be moved to prevent damage to the machine.
.Other objects must not be stacked or placed on the marking machine to prevent the influence on the heat dissipation effect of the machine.
